As a partial requirement for the Doctor of Ministry at Payne Theological Seminary, Sammie is currently conducting research on perceptions, feelings, thoughts, and attitudes towards preaching. This research will be included in his dissertation and used to develop future publications and resources for preachers and pastors to enhance the level and quality of preaching in local congregations.
